Registration for every clinic will close at 8 pm 10 days prior to the clinic date.

Late registrants or walk ups WILL NOT be accepted.

Step 1: Contact a host clinic contact person by using the email address or phone number provided below to see if there is room for you to register. The host clinic contact will provide you with a link to register for a clinic of your choice.

New officials complete Step 2 and Step 3.

Step 2: If you are a new official, (who has never officiated before) regardless of your age, you must first complete the Hockey University eLearning. As a new official over the age of 19, you will be required to complete a CRC (criminal record check) prior to being able to continue on with your registration process.  You will use the link for the Hockey University eLearning on the clinic schedule page.

Step 3: If you are a new official, you must attend a clinic in your home community. If you are unable to attend your home community’s clinic, you will need to have permission from your local Referee-in-Chief (RIC) to attend a clinic in another community. You can find the contact information for your local RIC on the North Zone website. If you get permission from your local RIC to attend a different clinic, you will also need to get permission from the RIC in the community hosting the clinic you would like to attend.

Step 4: You should receive a confirmation email stating that you have completed the registration process.

If you have any difficulties with either process, please contact the Hockey Alberta to ask for help. Please do not assume that the payment or clinic registration went through

If you have any difficulties, please contact the North Zone Clinic Coordinator (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

NOTE:

Please read the following document, clinic registration, step by step so that you know how the new clinic system works.
